Collecting your Pottery
All our pottery is hand-finished, glazed and fired by us in the studio. It always takes a week from the day you painted, at the moment, to help the collections be as contactless as possible, we are messaging customers to remind you it’s ready. If you can let us know when you are collecting, we will have it ready by the door. If you need something quicker than a week, let us know and we’ll do our best to help!
Very occasionally something goes wrong in the process of decorating, glazing or firing. We might make a mistake when doing some writing, there could be a fault in the pottery itself or it could get damaged in the kiln. Whenever this happens we always work hard to make it right in whatever way we can, either by correcting it, repainting, offering for you to come and redo the piece or of course offering a refund. Because of the handmade nature of pottery painting, there is no hard and fast rule for this, we want our customers to be really pleased with their finished piece, and will deal with any problems individually.
