During times of National Lockdown, we will be closed to customers, offering a contact-free collection service for take aways only when Government guidelines permit us to do so.
When we are open...
Wash our hands before and after each customer.
Clean thoroughly at the end of each day.
Clean and disinfect paints, brushes, tables and chairs between bookings.
Clean the toilet and sinks after each use.
Take contactless payment.
Ensure staff have no symptoms before coming to work.
We ask our customers to...
Cancel or postpone their booking if any of their group has or has been in contact with anyone with symptoms.
Only bring one non-painter per table.
Wear for the duration of their visit.
Use hand sanitiser on arrival.
Limit their movement around the shop.
A few changes at Potstop
We will still make our lovely tea and coffee but we will be pouring it for you and ask you to bring your own travel cups.
Please wait outside the front door until we are ready to seat you.
We will keep a safe distance between us and ask that you do the same by limiting your movement around the shop.
We ask that you arrive at the time of your booking, no earlier or later to ensure we have time to clean properly.
A word about masks...
In line with current Government guidelines, we are now asking all customers over the age of 11 to wear a mask when arrive at the studio or choose their pottery.
Once seated, you can remove it.
We want all our customers to feel as comfortable as possible at Potstop, and we totally understand that some people are exempt from wearing masks - we will not challenge you, we are just following best practice to keep everyone safe.
